is an API 6A Licensed, ISO 9001:2008 certified has been established in the year 2013 with the prime objective of manufacturing and supply of ANSI/API 6A products for Drilling and production equipment Wellhead and Christmas tree equipment, Flow line Products, Treating Iron, Forged steel ANSI Fittings, Flanges, Seamless or ERW Pipe Fittings, Pipe nipples and couplings, which are used in Oil & gas, Petrochemicals, Refinery, Chemical, Food Processing, Pharmaceuticals, Mining, Plumbing and Mechanical, HVAC, Civil, Ship Building, Marine, Fire Protection and other associated industries.

Skilled Manpower: Designing, Planning, Manufacturing, Inspection and managing the sophisticated infrastructure required for critical business applications involves not only the proper mix of technology, but also a broad set of experienced in-house skilled technical resources to ensure the tight integration, high availability, and performance of any business applications. Manufacturing Facility: Our Manufacturing Plant is based at Vasai, Maharashtra is capable of manufacturing all our product range. Our plant layout and manufacturing practices are comparable with any world class manufacturing set up, with modern in-house manufacturing facility to ensure highest quality standards. Quality Assurance: Our Quality Assurance System provides realistic controls through Compliance, Documentation and Quality Focus, which are diligently followed at the very initial stages and throughout the execution of the project.Our manufacturing systems are well backed by highly experienced Quality Team and Quality Management System to address non-conformities with minimum Turn-Around-Time. Pre-defined Inspection guidelines are derived from internationally accepted Quality Standards to determine Sampling Size and Frequency of Inspection for incoming raw material, in-process and Pre-dispatch Inspection.We are equipped with in-house Hardness Testers, Surface Roughness Testers and wide range of Calibrated measuring Instruments which includes outsourced testing of Raw materials for Chemical Composition and Physical Properties Ultrasonic Testing, MPI, etc. are carried out as called for by Clients’ Drawing/ Specification.

PSL design and development follows complete product development life cycle, such as - conceptual design, industrial and mechanical engineering design, CAD modeling and detailing, Finite Element analysis and prototyping, product testing, and manufacturing.
