Hammer Unions

PSL PIPES & FITTINGS CO. Hammer Unions, Hammer Lug Unions, Wing Unions are available from Fig. 50 to Fig 2202 and size range of 1” -12” in standard service and H2S service (for Sour Gas Application) with threaded or butt weld ends. Sour gas unions are manufactured in accordance with NACE Standard MR-01-75 (Latest Revision). Hammer unions feature easy identification of size and pressure rating.

All the Hammer Unions meet or exceed applicable industry standards: NACE, ISO, DNV, API, ASTM A-105, ASTM A29, ASTM A536 Grade 65-45-12, and ASME B1.20.1. Hammer Unions manufactured by PSL PIPES & FITTINGS CO. are interchangeable with most of the leading manufacturers globally.

Please note that all the Hammer Unions for sour gas application are pressure de rated and painted with olive green paint. Hammer Unions have lugs to provide the fast make-up and break-out capability needed in the oilfields around the world. While ordering butt weld unions kindly mention the pipe schedule.
